Warranty process is absolutly bad. you are on your own. I sent all the information requested. then Simpletire send the information to the manufacturer. After 2 months of wait, the manufacturer respond that he need the same information we already sent. This is unworthy. Nobody wants to change your tires. Getting your money is very easy but to respond to you is not. at this moment U have 4 new tires with a really bad quality and mo help at all. This is my second time purchasing through simple tire and i can say the advertised thread life of the tire on my previous purchase has lived up to its expectancy! I will continue to purchase from you guys as long as satisfaction keeps up. As far as the $1000, i NEVER win anything but atleast my review is summitted. Thank you!
